Courtney is the Managing Director of Angie Kay Consultancy. He holds a MSc - Strategic Management from University of Derby and has over 30 years’ hands-on experience in the fields of Organisational Change, Business Excellence, HR Effectiveness and Employment Relationships/Labour Law; accomplished in the public & private sector organisations within multicultural and cross-sectional business sectors. Other areas of expertise include purposeful dialogue, job profiling and evaluation, team development, project management, customer services delivery, decision making at both Board and Executive levels, change management and strategy. He is an all rounded and accomplished business professional possessing the functional and technical skills, knowledge and attributes (competence) having served different organisations at Executive Management level.
